DeFoor Ventures LLC, which is part of a joint venture with Atlanta-based homebuilder Brock Built and Sixty-West LLC, have filed two Development of Regional Impacts, or DRIs, with Georgia’s Department of Community Affairs. The two mixed-use projects, likely a more than $300 million investment, would bookend Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway.
