With rent growth expected to be 4% between now and 2024, CBRE expects Atlanta to see more growth than anywhere else in the country.  Millennials are searching for places to live where they can have the convenience of downtowns without the expense.  The “histurbia” craze makes Old 4th Ward a prime location over the next decade.
