A joint venture of Brock Built, DeFoor Ventures LLC and Sixty-West LLC say last December they acquired companies that collectively own about 33 acres of property along Donald Lee Hollowell. In total, the team is planning more than 1,500 apartments and 40 townhomes, along with hotel, retail and office space.
