“More than 200,000 square feet of retail space is opening along the Atlanta Beltline’s Eastside Trail — the largest amount of new projects since the completion of Ponce City Market.
Grocery stores, including a Publix and a redeveloped Kroger; an AMC Theatre; restaurants from top chefs including Kevin Gillespie; bars and coffee shops; and fitness studios — all will open along the Eastside Trail over the next several months.

In the era of dying regional malls and the rise of Internet-driven shopping, the Eastside Trail proves retailers want to relocate and expand in busy, walkable districts. Some two million people used the Eastside Trail last year, according to a Beltline spokeswoman.”
Since the designation of Qualified Opportunity Zones in 2018, with over 260 located in Georgia, Sixty West Funds has targeted various projects with potential for retail and mixed-use development. Most notably, the O4W Project set to break ground later this year features over 12,600 SF of retail space.
