Novogradac is set to host their second Opportunity Zone conference in Denver, Colorado next month. This will be Novogradac’s second conference since the initial Treasury Guidance on the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act incentive was released in late 2018. Sixty West Funds is a proud Co-Host of the event and leader in the Opportunity Zone space.
The Conference will host experts from around the country in multiple fields including development, investment management, and tax related incentives. The two day event scheduled for April 25th and 26th will cover:
- What is coming from the new session of Congress and how legislation could improve the OZ incentive,
- How opportunity fund sponsors view the market,
- How communities can capitalize on OZs,
- Recommended practices to maximize the impact of OZs,
- And more.
Sixty West Funds Principal Jason Cordon is set to speak on the Structuring Opportunity Zone Funds Panel which will explore “structuring issues, including single-asset funds vs. multiple-asset funds, REITs, crowdfunding, structuring the exit and more.”
