Sixty West Funds Old Fourth Ward Development Releases First Branding Video

Sixty West Funds and development partner Lucror Resources debuted the first in a series of branding videos for their $80 M mixed-use Old Fourth Ward development this week.

The video, featuring local business and scenes from the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, introduces visitors to the ‘Waldo’s’ branding selected for the development. The brand name and design theme is taken from famous transcendentalist, writer, and thinker Ralph Waldo Emerson.

The Old Fourth Ward development has additional ties to the great thinker’s influence on society as well, given it’s sustainable and eco-friendly design. The office portion of the development (slated to add 121,000+ SF of office to the area) will be completed using Mass Timber rather than traditional concrete and rebar construction.

“We are as unique as our neighborhood, putting thoughtfully designed hotel rooms next door to progressive offices, eclectic restaurants, and watering holes.”
