Sixty West Funds to host Opportunity Zone Meeting May 21, 2019.
Attendees will have the chance to meet the Sixty West Funds team and tour the Old Fourth Ward Opportunity Zone Development.
The O4W Development is an urban infill, master planned, mixed-use development including 200,000 SF of housing, office, hotel, and retail opportunity sited on 1.5 acres. The O4W mixed-use project caters to the lifestyle of the millennial generation, who it is estimated will represent 75% of the U.S. workforce for 2025. This project leverages the “shared economy,” integrating multiple real estate components to create one live, work, play environment centered around tenant and resident enjoyment.
